Q.What fruits do you provide?

Some of the premium fruits that we add are Kiwi, Strawberry, Cranberry, Rose Apple, Golden Apples, Red Grapes, Dragon Fruit, Blueberry that comes along with some seasonal fruits Like Chiku, Black Grapes, Green Grapes, Red Apples, Guava, Pomegranate, Honey Melon, Kinu, Banana, Mango, Ber etc.

Q.How do you maintain the hygiene?

We have a three level washing system along with a four stage quality check of the fruits. Our workers wear proper kitchen ware like caps, napkins, aprons etc.

We have different slot timings where preparation is done 45 min prior to the slot.

Q.How do you tackle the pesticides sprinkled on fruits?

We have a three level washing system that ensures proper cleaning of fruits. 


Q.How to order?

Add product to cart -> Checkout -> Fill shipment details -> Apply coupon code if any -> Select payment method -> Finish order. You will receive a text notification on your contact number.

Q.How to cancel your order?

To cancel an order call us at 0124-2570666 within 5 minutes after placing the order.

Q.When I can order.

Time for One Day Time is - 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM. You can subscribe any product at anytime 

Q.What is the average delivery time?

Depending upon the distance from workstation, maximum time can be 45 minutes.

Q.Is there any other mode for ordering?

Q.How does subscription system work?

Choose a subscription option of 5 boxes/glasses (1 week) or 20 boxes/glasses (1 month) or 60 boxes/glasses (3 months) and place your order. Our delivery staff will deliver to your address on every working day (Monday-Friday). You can request for a box on Saturday or Sunday via Call thereby ending the subscription in 20 days instead of 30 days only.

Q.What are the time slots that you provide?

We have two time slots. Morning Slot (10 A.M -1 P.M.) and Evening Slot (2 P.M. – 5 P.M.)

Q.Can I skips my box/glass if I am unavailable?

Yes you can. But, you have to inform us about 2 hrs. prior to your slot timing.

Q.Can I get the box at my residential address instead of corporate address in case of my unavailability at my office?

No, you have to skip for the day.

Q.Will I get the same fruits every day?

No, we have different combinations for each day.

Q.If prices of the subscription increased, do I have to pay more when I renew?

No, you will be charged the price of your existing subscription only.

We are afraid that won’t be possible as it would take us longer time to serve you.

Q.Will I get my order at desk or reception?

Depending upon your company policy, we deliver.

Q.Is there any maximum number of points i can redeem?

There is no maximum limit on points redemption.
